NM FIESTA Project Training: The Body Keeps Score

By the end of this training, parents will understand how past trauma can be stored in the body, identify at least three physical or behavioral signs that their child is experiencing trauma‑related stress, and use two practical, attachment‑focused strategies to help their child feel safe and supported in their body.

An email will be sent following registration with more information. Training certificates will be emailed to families following the event.

The NM FIESTA Project managed by All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center focuses on creating a support system for all resource, kinship, and adoptive families in New Mexico through networking events, training, and connection to resources. All services are free of charge. For more information about the NM FIESTA Project please contact Katie Bustamante, NM FIESTA Project Statewide Supervisor, at kbustamante@allfaiths.org or 505-918-0221.
