NM FIESTA Project Training: Building Resilience
Learning Target: Resilience is the ability to adapt and bounce back from adversity, challenges, and setbacks. It embodies the strength and flexibility that enables individuals to navigate life’s difficulties with confidence and perseverance. But how can we effectively instill this vital quality in our children? In this training, we will explore practical strategies and approaches for nurturing resilience in young minds, empowering them to face challenges head-on and emerge stronger. Together, we can equip our children with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.
The NM FIESTA Project managed by All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center focuses on creating a support system for all resource, kinship, and adoptive families in New Mexico through networking events, training, and connection to resources. All services are free of charge. For more information about the NM FIESTA Project please contact Katie Bustamante, NM FIESTA Project Statewide Supervisor, at kbustamante@allfaiths.org or 505-918-0221.
