When necessary, All Faiths provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for clients who are currently enrolled in one or more of our behavioral health programs. Please see your All Faiths services provider for more information.
Clients are seen on a first come, first served basis during clinic hours. Please do not wait until your child is almost out of medicine to come to a clinic.
Clients may sign up in person on clinic days during business hours before the clinic opens. If no one has signed up one hour prior to Clinic hours, the Clinic will be cancelled.
When your name is called, you will be entered into the doctor’s schedule and will proceed to the doctor’s office.
If you are not here when your name is called, the next person on the list will be called.
If you leave and are not returning, please remove your name from the list.
If you leave and are planning on returning, please let the front desk staff know that you are planning on coming back. Otherwise, if your name is called and you are not present, your name will be removed from the list.
The doctor’s availability is limited. Based on the urgency and other individual factors of clients, you may not see the Doctor if you are low on the sign-in list.
The Clinic will close at the times posted or earlier if no one is waiting to be seen when the doctor is available.
If you have not been seen by the time the clinic closes, you will be asked to return to the next available clinic session.
Prescriptions refills and pharmacy call-in’s between visits with the doctor are highly discouraged.
